RETURNS AND REFUNDS 


Well Connected Gear Return Policy 

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent WellConnectedGear.com order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Please contact us before you return any of our merchandise. Via e-mail customerservice@wellconnectedgear.com or call and speak with us (818)630-9934.  Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. 

Full-Price Merchandise:

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. 

The current selling price will be credited if returned after 60 days and accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise that is older than 90 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted. 

Sale-Price Merchandise:

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. 

After 30 days , sale product is not eligible for return or credit. 

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
